The Holly Trinity? What's that? Three bushes living as one?

The "Holy Trinity" is just like the many statues displayed by religions, it is a symbol. The difference between it and statues is that you can reach out and touch a statue. Many think the statue can perform "miracles", many think the same of the holy trinity.

As Robert Persig once said: "When one person suffers from a delusion it is called insanity, when MANY suffer from a delusion it is called religion."

I don't wish to ridicule anyone's belief. They can believe whatever they wish. I DO reserve the right to state my feelings, however. Believe away.

What makes my head hurt is when supposedy intelligent people say they know for sure our complex DNA just randomly happened through evolution. Now that takes more faith to believe than any faith in God or the trinity.

But bigots such as yourself will always try to make fun of Christians. Ask yourself why that is. Ask yourself just once why you are so concerned with what Christians believe. I never hear you speaking to Islamic religious beliefs even when many of these people think it is ok to kill you for your beliefs.

Ask yourself why you are so concerned with Christianity. If you truly think about it, the answer will come.

It's called guilt. It's called insultng those who make you feel bad about yourself when they do not live the irresponsible lifestyles you might live. It's called attacking the one faith that shines a light on man's selfish irresponsible lifestyles.

This is why the Left is so concerned with separating any religious expression in this nation.

If you follow my debates, you would know that I am not an atheist and that I play both sides depending on my mood. If you follow my debates, you would know that I find it hard to believe that consciousness just randomly arose from DNA through evolution. If you follow my debates, you would know that I make fun of Muslims. If you follow my debates, you would know that I am against terrorism. If you follow my debates, you would know that I'm far being a liberal.

If you knew me, you would know that I was raised in the Roman Catholic religion. So, yeah, I feel qualified in talking about Christianity and, no, I do not see myself as being concerned with what Christians believe.

When I say it makes my head hurt, I mean that it doesn't make any sense to me. And you translate that as me insulting Christianity? Is the Holy Trinity such an obvious/common occurrence that it's hard to imagine someone not getting it?

BTW, the last religion I subscribed to was Jehovah's Witness. They too do not believe in the Holy Trinity. So, if you disparage Jehovah's Witnesses, does that make you a bigot too?

I am really sorry that trying to understand evolution hurts your head. There is no faith with evolution in regards to DNA. We have directly seen the random events that take place to cause DNA to change. We have sequenced the DNA of different species and can determine how the DNA is different between species. Then, by combining the knowledge from the DNA sequences and our knowledge of mutations we can figure out how the DNA changed through random mutations to become the 2 different species. There is understanding with evolution, not faith.

Maybe it did happen through evolution...maybe it didn't. How could anyone ACCURATELY know? Are you a god? Did you create us? No. Or maybe yes. That also cannot be accurately answered....Awkward.

So basically.. you don't understand the holy trinity either?

Side: Hell, no.

Not really. But then again, quantum mechanics don't make any sense to me either, but there are some people claiming to understand the concept, even if I'll never understand it in a million years. So does that mean it's fake?

I have yet to have a Christian be able to explain this to me.
