The crime is called larsony. That means asking someone to commit a crime for you.

Secondly, Hitler didn't kill anyone DIRECTLY, but he set it up so that millions could be killed. It WAS MAINLY his fault that they died. Germany had no chance without him, not that they won but I'm just saying that it's his fault that Germany's army killed all of those people. It would never have happened.

I agree with you, even if it was someone famous, it could be a fake. Jail for life, but not death. That way, if new evidence turns up, they can be released.

Why should we give all of these sick, twisted people the peace of death which they do not deserve? Many murderers for example Ian Brady want to die so they can escape the harsh reality they have to live otherwise so why should we give them what a lot of them want? I say we make prisons that are worse than normal for people have commited the crimes of which you would want the death penalty for and force them to live a long and painful life in such places which they cannot escape, a punishment which is surely worse than death.
