How much would you pay to own Joe Cavalry's account?

You get:

  • 49 allies (all good, I can vouch for them).
  • 4 enemies (they're not really enemies).
  • Over 4500 points (Bragging rights).
  • Most persuasive (yeah, there's something wrong with the formula).
  • Most provocative (I get people riled up ;).
  • Most Outspoken (I have no idea what I'm talking about).
  • Most creative (I'm not real original).
  • And I show up burried in the "Alphabetically" list somewhere.

plus you can say that you pwend Joe Cavalry.

I think that I would put down 21 G washes =] ( by 21 I mean twenty one )

Side: a fiver and change

Is that 21 grand!!!! Cause if so, I'm all over it... but first..., I have to make sure I meet my 50 character minimum ;)

No you silly ridiculous 50 character limiting FOOL! 21 G washes mean 21 quarters!

Side: a fiver and change

Umm I wouldn't pay anything for your account, but you shouldn't retire.

Side: Nothing please dont retire

I would pay lots of money to get Joe Cavalry out of my hair ;)

Side: damn 50 char min

I'll start the bidding at $5. I'm kinda hoping your not really serious about this, but with all that negative talk you're typing, I'm getting kinda worried.

As for being at the top of the list, I just think you flood the formula with massive numbers, compared to the rest of us (for example, me and my measly 500-ish points).

I'll watch over your account for you @ $10... I'll bid $10.

$10 for my blood, sweat and tears? (damn 50 character minimum) ;)

How about i exchange your account with my blood, sweat and tears ?

That seems better seems i return whatever amount of blood/sweat/tears you lost ^^

Joe, how many points would you be willing to trade for a high-quality CreateDebate polo shirt?

Side: a fiver and change

Seriously? You have those? A t-shirt would be cool. I'd pay 300 points. Can you show me a picture of the shirt?

Side: a fiver and change

I've been wanting a CreateDebate t-shirt for a while. I've even done some internet searches, but nothing. I remember suggesting that for the T-Shirt contest, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. I want one, nonetheless.

Side: a fiver and change

Is that an option? How do you do that? If you can, I'm in. How many points?

Side: a fiver and change

Three thousand. That puts Kukla first and Altarion a close third. It will also inspire people that are close to one thousand. Or make it two thousand and give me two shirts and Kukla, Altarion and The Pyg will be next to cash in and everyone will be back under a thousand (I think). Or make the points/persuasive/provocative/creative/outspoken be for a given period like a week, a month or a year. That way the top dog will change with time and would be more easily attainable.

Side: a fiver and change

I don't know. I hadn't thought about it. I'm here for the fun. Lets see.

If you set the cost too low, then you'll lose money giving away polo shirts. Set it too high and people might get discouraged. However, if you're trying to level the playing field and create competition, then I guess whatever number of points lowers me to the number two or number three position.

But if you create competition, you'll be pushing me in the direction I don't want to go. I start a new job on the 13th and I'm addicted to this site and I want to wean myself off. I can either go cold turkey or force myself not to log on from work. The problem is that as soon as work slows, guess who logs on. And competition would probably make me log on even more. ;)

Actually, the 50 character minimum pushes me in the right direction. ;)

Side: a fiver and change

OK, I got $12. Do I hear $15? Going once, going twice....

Side: a fiver and change

I'll give you $15 and enough characters to submit this argument.

Side: a fiver and change

Gone! For $15 to joe cavalry. Now move the money from one pocket and into another.

Side: a fiver and change

How does one revive a 1200 day old debate? Is it as easy as adding one more argument? This is a test. Testing, testing, one, two, testing. OK, is it back on the main page? ;)
