There are different types of Gays, so, one must be careful to avoid stereotypes. There are "butch" Gays who like football games, wrestling, drinking beer with the guys, and going kayaking. Then there are the "Broadway" Gays who like the theater and worship Hugh Jackman. Then there are the "poodle" Gays that were made fun of with plenty of jokes during the 40's, 50's, and 60's and, sadly, still get ridiculed today with the "light in the loafer" remarks. Then, there are Gay men who have "fag hags" who pretend to be Straight while they are married to a woman or are seen in the company of a woman in order to throw off the rumors that he is Gay. Incidentally, "fag hag" is an acceptable word in the Gay Community and is not viewed as offensive. So, to conclude, "Gay" cannot be stereotyped into one category. Gays should all be respected for who they are. Side: Like men.

Your argument is retarded. I and many other gays fit none of those categories. Also a "fag hag" just means a female who has a gay friend not a woman who is used to hide a gay's sexuality. In fact having fag hags is a common way for someone to be identified as gay, it doesn't conceal it. Side: Like women.

Okay I don't know which side to pick because I think this is ridiculous. You can't put all gay men in one pile and treat them accordingly. Not all homosexual men are girly, with high pitch voices - the majority of them are pretty down to earth, focusing on their careers and stuff. It's just that the one's getting the most attention are the dancers and singers wearing galla dresses for plays and such. There are also plenty of straight men that prefer sweet party drinks rather than beer - maybe they won't admit it, but I believe there are plenty. Also there are a large amount of guys who don't like to watch sports. Not all straight men are the same, just like not all homosexual men are the same. I think the first thing we should fix if we want to get rid of homophobia is to let your sexuality define you. It doesn't define you or anyone else. Side: Like men.
