How to fix the black incarceration rate.
So, there are a lot of black males in jail. This means that there are a lot of single parent homes in the black communities. The situation is destroying black communities.
What should we do about it?
We can let them all out, close the jails, and lay-off the guards. The money that was spent on maintaining the jails can be given to the now free inmates and the newly laid-off guards.
We can put them all in. That way families can be together, in jail.... but together. Use the welfare checks that would have been given to them to expand the jails, clothe and feed them.

Maybe we can put them in a reservation. A piece of land specifically for them. It would also serve as reparation for the enslavement of their ancestors. And, if we make the reservation along the entire southern border between Mexico and the U.S., we may have also solved the illegal immigration problem. Side: Put them all in.
I think all of us, even the black criminals, know the answer to that problem. We're paying a very heavy price for the sins of our fathers, i.e, slavery. Violence and criminality is a congenital characteristic of black people and we are just going to have to live with the eye-watering cost of keeping them away from normal society. Maybe sometime in the future a programme of sterilization will be introduced. Side: Put them all in.
