If some UFO loaded with extraterrestials landed on the continental U.S.A., would we give them amnesty?  I mean, the cool factor of being the only country with martians... that alone should merit amnesty, right?  Or should we consider them, as the word implies, as *extra* beings... illegals that need to be either shipped back to where they came from or deported to some other country that may want them..., like France ;)
