It was a payoff for him. This guy is apparently an internet junkie. He probably spends most of the day on it.

His main account was Lizzie. He created the Abby account as a sort of support for his Lizzie account. It made Lizzie seem more real. This guy had a thing for Lizzie and she apparently rejected him... so he made his ideal version of her. She's nice, likes to play video games, watch cartoons, listen to dubstep, loves tennis... these are all his traits... not hers.

Azra and HannahPomPom were made as watchdog accounts, so to speak. He created them so that he could keep an eye on his Lizzie account... then he became drawn to those characters as well. In order to make Lizzie the most popular debater, he needed a group that supported her. This is why Azra, HannahPomPom, and Oddhannah always voted for Lizzie in the Snappy's and upvoted all of her arguments. He had to give them all unique personalities though. Lizzie was nice, Abby was the bitchy good-looking sister, Azra was the pothead who always said 'dude', Oddhannah was the religious one, HannahPomPom was the angry lesbian, and RhoamingRhodi was the conspiracy theorist. All had unique personalities and different ways of arguing.

Everytime someone said something negative about one of his puppet accounts, a different puppet would show up to defend her. I actually had an argument one time with HannahPomPom as to why I didn't think Lizzie should win the Most Respected debater Snappy. Hannah argued that Lizzie did deserve it, despite the fact that Hannah had Lizzie listed as one of her enemies. One of his puppet accounts led almost all positive categories in the Snappy's. Why? Because he voted for them.

This was an obsession for him.
