Pro-Choice is an oxymoron.
People have the choice to use birthcontrol. If they don't want to bring another life into this world because that new life could be troublesome in their life..., then they should just chose to use birthcontrol. Pro-Choice is an oxymoron. People have a choice. They just don't make the right choice when they decided to have unprotected sex. ;)
The only people who don't have a choice are those that are raped or sexually molested.
Here's some Pro-Choice logic.

People on that side --> just don't get it. They do have a choice. They just made the wrong choice. ;) The only people who didn't have a choice are those that were raped or sexually molested. There's a fine line between a child and a fetus and we can move that line whenever we want. ;) http://www.createdebate.com/debate/show/

I agree with you many difficult situations could be avoided by some simple planning ahead and contraception, though to play devil's advocate I cant help but ask you: What do you do then if that rubber breaks? You made a choice for birth control, and did everything right, but still you're stuck pregnant. Side: Wait..., what? No!!!

An oxymoron is like the infinity symbol. One line follows though a loop into the same line. Two separate loops for the same occasion. This situation is more like a line that has another line branching off of it, that 1st line is the choice to use contraception. Then another line branching off further down the line, that line would be abortion. Side: Wait..., what? No!!!

What about when the life of the mother or child is at stake or if the child is the result of a rape? Those situations certainly warrant an abortion. Besides, who are you to judge what a woman does with HER body?! She has to live with those consequences for the rest of her life, not you, so don't worry about her choices. Side: Wait..., what? No!!!

I understand the confusion. When people say they are pro choice, they mean they like the ability to make choices and keep making choices. Despite how it sounds, pro-choice actually refers to more than one choice; ultimately the ability to choose to run your sex life however you choose. I could see how anti-choice advocates may think pro-choicers may just make their one choice in life and then be content to let the government make all subsequent choices for them - but I'll be damned they just keep wanting to make their own decisions.
