......? Isn't that just them giving people free food with a side of guide lines to better health..? That's like asking if tobacco companies should pay billions to help with cancer and dental care. Why should they suffer the consequences for supplying a consensual demand.

People know the risks of consuming too much junk food when they eat it so it is their own fault not the people who supply it to them.

That'd be like lawyers paying millions to keep crime rates low.

Bad business sense, really.

No because people make there own choices and if they choose to eat poorly and cause bodily harm to themselves than so be it. People would argue that in some cases people cant control there weight which is fine but they still should not be eating fast food. I like to think of it as natural selection if dumb people make bad choices than they should suffer the consequences, business should not be liable for this only others that care about them like family and friends to help them get back on course.
