I've always suspected they somehow come from those millions and millions of abortions where the innocent babies automatically go to heaven. So then the question is does God somehow grow them up enough that it's consenting adult age sex or are they simply fair game from birth/infancy? And considering the disturbing sex and violence stuff in both the Old Testament and Koran I'm betting the latter. Heaven may in fact be the worst child sex slave ring in the whole galaxy. No wonder so many religious leaders turned out to be pedophiles. They're truly following a trail which will make them feel at home in heaven.
