The picture above uses highlighter liquid and fake plants/animals. Let the highlighter and water sit overnight and then take out the highlighter insides out of the water which leaves you with glowing liquid.

No, I am gifting the knowledge to make one of them yourself. Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he'll eat for a life time. ;) The difficulty is trying to teach someone to fish when they have to check their phone every 3 seconds while texting in between.
