Alien life is nearly mathematically impossible for their not to be in our universe and forget about it if the multi-verse theory holds to be true then it is 100% true that there are aliens.
Is there a God? if you call the creator of existence or point of existence God then Yes 100% there is a God, but not in any way a book or any man could explain.

Yeah a drive way of those solar roads should power a home, I would love to see if a driveway of 35 feet x 40 feet would power my home as thats about the size of my driveway, I was also looking into solar roof shingles, I would like to be off the grid within ten years.

Im not sure, ill leave that to the engineers, im sure they can come up with sometype of coating that could withstand deteriorating , as for cost im sure it will cost a arm and a leg but if it supplies power it will pay for itself over time and help the environment, i say why not, after all humans have aways been about scientific progress.
Its covered with a plastic-ish coating, this will become a reality soon in major cities, the department of transportation is funding this project to help bring it to light, at the very least people will have their drive ways done in this way to power there home I know I would in heart beat.

I have a smart TV, so it's pretty much a TV with ROKU installed, you stream movies, videos like Youtube, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix ect, you even surf the net, and yes you need to have a subscription to watch Huluplus, Netflix but ect. ROKU just turns your TV into a smart TV without having to buy a smart TV, I was going to get one but I needed a new TV so I just got a smart TV instead, well worth it IMO.
The funny thing is most of the people that believe in those Alex Jone type conspiracy theories are religious lol, they would believe that man never went to the moon but yet believe in talking snakes, Noah arc and a 6000 year old earth, and I think I know why.
I think it has to do with a certain part of the humans brain called the amygdala, that part of the mind controls fear conditioning, they see the world though different a set of eyes, all change is bad to them and this has to do with our primitive survival instincts, to stay the same in order to maintain control, new things to them means death and for good reason.
In the early devolpment stages humans learned to fear change because the result really was death for them in most cases, when things become to complicated for the average man to understand humans tend to create way to rationalize this misunderstanding with fearful thinking or fabrication to justify what they do not understand, religion is a perfect example of this.
According to string theory, there are an infinite amount of universes, so going back in time will not change your time line, one would create a new time line instead, an alternate universe, so the grandfather paradox can not happen.
In a multi dimensional universe every possibility that could happen does and just keeps spitting into another alternate universe, example, as you drive home from work and make a left hand turn at the light as opposed to a right hand turn would in theory split universes where events unfold differently, even universes were dark energy won the tug of war battle at the beginning of the big bang and in turn our universe never formed due to dark energy ripping apart our space & time continuum happen, even a universe were the dinosaurs never died out and humans never had a chance to evolve into the supreme spices on earth.
So that old saying, "What can go wrong will go wrong is true in a sense' or right in our case of existence.
Thats the problem with most Atheist, they are more arrogant then the delusional theist that believe in magic, most atheist go by this logic, "we have no proof so it's not real" and I agree but only to a certain extent.
No one on this planet can tell me for sure that there is a God or that there isn't a God, only a fool would say such a thing, there are things our simple monkey brains can't understand and one of those things is what created or how did all the elements that created the particles for exsistence to even happencome come from, how did something come from nothing, some scientist say that this is the case, but those scientist again are missing the point, how does nothing exist, the concept of nothing had to come from somewhere.
So to your question, can God or what we would call God have created evolution and the answer is YES and to tell you the truth this is more logical then nothing, but again we have no proof so we must logically say we do not know.
Theoretically Yes it is, however we lack the energy to do so at this time, we would need energy equivalent to a black hole in order to alter time.
Example if you were to lets say stand near the gravitational well of a black hole without getting torn to shreds and stay there for 1 year then pop back out a 1000 years of so would of pasted.
Another way to get travel near the speed of light, there are many ways to travel in time but we lack the means.
