You spelled choose wrong....6 times.

Why do you always put three periods and then a comma?

Example: "Wait..., "

Pro-Choice is a sexist concept. It only applies to women.

Pro-Choice doesn't give you much of a choice.

It sounds like what you're saying is that anything that has to do with only one gender, is sexist. If not, please clarify.

Pro choice does give you a choice. You can either continue the pregnancy, or seek an abortion.

The pro life argument eliminates abortion and mandates that you continue the pregnancy (barring rape, etc).

If you're joking, then ignore this.

What is the definition of theist? Definition of Theist

Atheism and theism in their most basic sense is merely the presence (theist) or absence (atheist) of a belief in a deity(s). Do newborn children possess a belief in a god? No. Atheist by default then.

Why do the majority of your arguments contain this as the opposing opinion: "Wait..., what? No!!!" ?

I bought windows 8 for 15 dollars yesterday with the special promo microsoft is running for people who purchased windows 7 laptops in the past ~6 months. It's pretty awesome, definitely exceeded expectations.

I prefer Hayley Williams over the other girl. But I don't think Hayley Williams is dumb....

Also, I thought women of the 50s were more submissive compared to the women today?

Beginning in the 1950s, society began to pressure women to move away from the image of “Rosie the Riveter”, to a more domestic image represented by such celebrities as Debbie Reynolds and Doris Day. The “perfect woman” demonstrated a new blend of sexuality, ignorance, and naivete, which was all over the media. Society pushed to persuade the American woman to a more domestic lifestyle and away from a professional life.

Nonsense! I saw the video when it was a little baby, with just over a million views, making me roughly the millionthish person to see the video. I then watched it explode in popularity over the next few weeks.

I saw it before all of you. I'm accepting cookie donations through my paypal account.

I would say that Napoleon was a total badass.

Quick tip about Napoleon:

He was actually 5' 7", he was not short.

GeneralLee, Srom, and lolzors would be instructing the aliens that they were created by god, I'm sure.

If proof or evidence were uncovered that irrefutably proved that Jesus was gay, the overwhelming majority of Christians would cover their eyes and ears and pretend it didn't exist. They like to ignore evidence, most of them at least.

Well...for the next 4 years....we're all just sexist misogynists. But at least we're not prejudiced against Mormons.

But then...if we don't vote for Jill Stein, aren't we just sexist misogynists!? D:

A good chunk of people are idiots. And a good chunk of those idiots happen to be apple fans. I have evidence for this assertion.

Jimmy Kimmel iPhone 5 prank

A local Fox news station also falsely stated that the new iphone 5 has a laser keyboard along with holographic technology. It just shows how truly idiotic and gullible people can be.

Local Fox news channel believes the iPhone 5 has a laser keyboard, hologram technology

You're lying now. Just look at what you said:

Christians are the only ones who have been cleansed by God to be seen as good, by God. Everyone else is bad.

It's in your post above. You are saying that only Christians are seen as good by God, and that everyone else is bad. You believe Christians to be morally superior to non Christians.

If God sees Christians as good, and you said that no one is good, how does this make sense?

I don't know about you, but I don't consider myself entrapped to do evil. There are varying degrees of good and bad in people. Simply being a human does not mean you are destined to do evil deeds. You make it sound as if the simple act of existing as a human is totally evil and wrong and that we must be saved by what is likely a fictitious deity.

Obstinately convinced of the superiority or correctness of one's own opinions and prejudiced against those who hold different opinions.

That's the definition of being bigoted. I said that what you were saying is just a bigoted opinion. You look down upon people who do not believe in your christian faith, and believe yourself and other christians to be morally superior.

I never changed my point. Read through it again. I'm saying that no one does good. The only good people are seen as good even though they are not.

I know. Your point stayed true to being bigoted. That everyone is bad, and that only christians are the ones who are viewed as good by god.

It doesn't matter which beatitude you cite, it offers no credibility to your point. I can create a religion and make a book that goes along with it, and then every time someone has a question I can refer them to the book as proof of its truthness. This is how silly quoting scripture is.

No one is good. There is no such thing as genuine altruism. Even our good deeds are like filthy rags compared to God. Christians are the only ones who have been cleansed by God to be seen as good, by God. Everyone else is bad.

What a bigoted statement, and logically inconsistent at that. First you say no one is good, then you say that only Christians have been cleansed by god to be seen as good and that anyone else is bad.

Reading the beatitudes, in no way adds credibility to your point. Neither does any verse in the bible.

You changed your definition of good. First it was genuine altruism, then you changed it to only if you're a christian are you good.

There can be people with varying degrees of good and bad. To say that everyone who is not a christian is bad, is bigotry.

however, the only way to be good is to believe in Him

There are plenty of people who lack belief in god that are good people....even some people of other religions that believe in different gods or lack belief in gods entirely like Buddhists.

Are you implying that everyone who does not believe in god is a bad person?

You've just given everyone an incentive to go to your oldest debates and dispute your posts.

Through increasing complexity, and natural selection, yes.

I don't think there is a particular "point" to it. It just happened, not by its own decisions. That's like asking why do particles of dust and gas coalesce into planets? It's in their nature because of gravity, aka natural processes.

In life's case, inanimate particles and molecules came together in such a way that it became increasingly complex. Not by choice, but by natural processes.

The probability that life evolved from inanimate atoms is staggering. If plants and animals do not have one common ancestor, then that means that the probability that (NOT one BUT) TWO entirely different life forms evolved from inanimate atoms is even more staggering.

You say that the probability of life evolving from inanimate atoms is staggering. Perhaps this is true. But one only needs to look at the sheer number of planets in one galaxy, and extrapolate that into the billions/trillions of galaxies in the universe. The chances of life originating on one planet actually become pretty high at this point.

There is a middle ground between "do we allow everything or do we put up boundaries". Boundaries are necessary, but they must be agreed upon by society and must not infringe on other peoples rights or deprive certain groups of people certain rights. They must be fair and reasonable.

I think it is a sad fact that the kids of the 50s didn't ask these questions, they should have. People should be encouraged to question established traditions or established social norms. No one should accept "It's just the way it is". If something fundamentally doesn't make sense, it should be questioned. "Why do black and white kids go to different schools mom?" "Why is it bad to like the same sex?" "Why is abortion wrong?". We need to have real answers for these questions. To accept it as "just the way it is" is foolish at best, and dangerous at worst.

This does not mean that I or anyone else encourages rebelling against society just for the heck of it. It does not mean that at all. It just means that the answers to these questions must adequately explain the tradition or phenomena that is being asked about. "Why is homosexuality wrong?" "Because the bible says so, Billy" This is an example of a terrible answer. Answers like these should not be accepted.
