If you're serving a life sentence and you die - but you are resuscitated - are you free
There is already a precedence for this.
Jesus died on the cross and then he came back to life
(not as a zombie, mind you, but I digress...)
Anyway, the point is that the Romans did not put Him back on the cross.
As far as they were concerned, He served His life sentence.
True.

You are never free, even when you're not imprisoned. Your sentence applies first in years, as BurritoLunch the Ramshutu alt tells us, then it applies to you the person not your body. It's not really a life sentence, it's a 'rot to death' sentence. If your death is negated, it's still applying. Side: Wait..., what? No!!!
