He IS freaking cool and has a great franchise to play in. But lets face it, in a world filled with Supermen and Green Lanterns, a powerless rich guy with equipment that isn't even up to Iron Man standards isn't really JLA materiel. He's a street leveler, a glorified special forces agent. And he is waaay too over-saturated. DC has other worthwhile heroes besides Batman and Superman. Side: Yes

Overrated? Compared to who? A guy who shoots spider webs out of his wrist? A teenager who shoots out sticky white stuff... That is clearly a metaphor for ejaculation. Batman just appears out of the shadows, grunts some badass comment, beats the shit out of a thug, and then disappears into the shadows again. Much more satisfying to watch than Mr. Puberty shootin' jizz all over the place. Side: No
