Actually, given my answer, it would've been hard to say yes, or no, since it being possible does not mean that beings of our dimension could facilitate it. I suppose, on an intuitive level... if we can affect depth (which lower dimensional beings cannot) than it is much like affecting time for us, as 3d figures are made in frames (time) just like 2d figures are made in frames, which we could call their understanding of "time"... then at least higher dimensional beings should be able to manipulate our paradigm of time, but for us to do it ourselves then I'd honestly have to see it to believe it.
