You sound like you are libertarian. Libertarians hold liberty as a principal objective. They believe that there should freedom everywhere without government intrusion. They believe that as long as your not harming anyone else, you have a right to anything. They believe in gay marriage being allowed, many are pro-choice on abortion, they favor gun rights, and favor the free market. I say republican since most libertarians choose the republican party. Ron Paul is a libertarian.

Side: Republican

You don't have to be lock-step with any side to choose one. I don't agree with everything the right stands for, but I'm more philosophically aligned with this side than the left.

Side: Republican

I'm obviously pro life, don't want to see our nation go bankrupt, love my freedoms to own guns, love my freedoms to dissagree with the political correct Left, so I could NEVER vote for a Democrat.

If you are pro abortion then it comes down to freedoms! Unless you have lived in a cave thes past eight years, you know full well what has become of the Democrat party. They have been taken over by extremists.

You need to ask yourself if you like having a big federal Government telling your community that you must allow boys into the girls bathrooms. Do you like the freedoms to decide for yourself your state's laws and local public schools rules?

Or are you more like a sheep having no problem with political correct extremist Big Brother groups telling you how to think.

It's a no brainer.... VOTE REPUBLICANS NO MATTER HOW MUCH TRUMP SCARES YOU. He is one man and we have sepration of powers for a reason. Trump from what he has said is totally against political correctness and Government telling people what to do.

We know Hillary and what has become of the Democrat party. Obama appointed two activist Justices and Hillary would appoint more. They are appointed for LIFE! They will be the ones who truly transform America. Our freedoms to dissagree with the collective will be gone!

You are a total fool! You truly must work for the Democrat party to be such a fool. No one could possibly be as blind as you.

So tell me how long have you been a part of the Left wing propaganda machine? If not, and unless you are a moocher living off tax payers, you truly are the most naive stupid person on this planet.

Yes, those are insults to an idiot that has never agreed with ANYTHING I ever say no matter how true it is.

Republicans have contributed in bankrupting America as well. Besides Obama, republicans have been worse at spending in the budget. Donald Trump would spend us more into debt than Hillary would. What is strange is that actually conservatives are the one who want freedom of speech censored and restricted. The liberals want more personal freedom. This is, of course, according to definition.

Here is an estimate of spending under each presidential candidate: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CiCFolVXIAAYpuQ.jpg

Estimates say Bernie Sanders would be worse than both Clinton and Trump on debt, but you got to remember that he wants to raise higher income taxes, which will create more revenue.

Side: Democrat
IAmSparticus(1516) Clarified

It's also important to remember that there is only one candidate running that believes debt is a positive thing and actually would like us a country to increase our debt, and that is Donald Trump.

Any time I hear people complain about Sanders or Clinton's fiscal responsibility, I just think of stuff like this:

"...you never have to default because you print the money, I hate to tell you, OK?"

and

"I said if we can buy back government debt at a discount, in other words, if interest rates go up and we can buy bonds back at a discount -- if we are liquid enough as a country, we should do that," Trump said. "In other words, we can buy back debt at a discount."

All you are doing is spewing left wing rhetoric. Tell me exactly where the Republicans are censoring freedom of speech.

It is the Liberal colleges banning conservative speakers. Every day some political correct left wing control fanatic tells us some word we can no longer use because they deemed it not politically correct.

It's the Left separating and censoring any menton of our Christian heritage from public all under the lie of separation of church and state.

The Left is stealing out freedoms to say no or dissagree with leftwing government's political correctness. They are forcing our local community public schools to allow boys in girls bathrooms. THIS IS THEIR SICK PRIORITIES WHILE OUR NATION GOES BANKRUPT.

This is why Trump is doing so well. Americans are sick of it!

Democrats have always been the tax and spend party and it is ludicrous to say otherwise.

Conservative republicans are what we need to cut the debt but Americans have been conditioned by the left wing media to fear Conservtives. Low end voters eat all that propaganda right up while the Democrat party spends our money to buy votes from their voting blocks. FREE COLLEGE, FREE MEDICAID, FREE FOOD STAMPS, FREE HOUSING SUBSIDIES, FREE OBAMACARE, ETC. EVEN TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

The Left is the big spenders with our money. Maybe you missed it, the interst payments on that 20 trillion debt is now almost as much as our total miliatry budget, and Hillary & the Democrats say nothing about it.

Side: Republican

If you want constitutional fundamentalism the republican party is one of the best places to find it. that would allow you the "Right to bear arms caveat" and as a member of the republican party you vote in primaries to choose your candidate, so pick a right leaning libertarian, and your views seem to align closer to the right than the left.

-

It should be said that liking or disliking a politician should not be the reason you pick a party. and to some degree, you should never tow the party line.

Side: Republican
FromWithin(8241) Clarified

I agree with most of what you said. The only place where I must differ is what you said about towing the party line.

If Democrats were not such extremist when it comes to supporting no restriction abortions in nine states, and PC control freaks when it comes to forcing all states and public schools to be run as they tell us, then I could vote for a Democrat.

But as it stands, the Democrat party has been taken over by extremists and there is only one party that fits those two very important priorities for me. If I voted for a Democrat, I might as well dismember an unborn baby weeks from birth myself because I would be the one keeping it legal to do so.

I would also vote for a libertarian if they were not pro abortion.

This is actually fun!

You can actually match to candidates, past presidents and Supreme Court judges etc, find out where in the parties you fall, you' ll be surprised.

I just took this test. It is a very good way to identify who you actually agree with most on all the issues.

I'll post it for you.

You should all take the test, but for an accurate answer you HAVE TO click on the question link so you can pick the answer that is most like your own personal views.

Out of everyone including Obama, and I HATE Obama as a leader, Jill Stein was even lower than him on my test results.

Please everyone at least do this, you will get a better pic of where you stand without all the talking points.

There are different analysis you can look at also in the results section.

But it will NOT be accurate if you don't read each questions link to what it means if you answer Answers are NOT actually obvious!

Using your examples of right to abortion and right to bear arms, the right to abortion is genuinely threatened if enough Republicans or Conservatives come to power. The right to bear arms really isn't jeopardized, that's just hysteria. Even if public safety gun laws continue to be made there really is NOT any likelihood anytime soon of all guns in the US being confiscated. It's not happening.

if your unsure than do like me an be an Independent. then you can vote on the actual issue or the MAN or woman candidate who you think is best for the job at the time and not worry about being bound by partisan Party lines.

Indy is really the way to go, unless you feel strongly and passionate about a certain specific ideology that is expressed by a certain party, like the Dems and the GOP. still, those two Parties are really closer together than most people think they are. did you know they are NOT opposites? but actually pretty close together on the whole entire political spectrum?
