Should a gay baker have to bake a cake for a Muslim wedding?

YUP! After all, it's the Christian thing to do! Eventually, that is the kind of thing that will, eventually, overpower religious hatred!

Flies...honey...vinegar...

I wonder what will end the Left's hatred for viable special needs babies? When people like you die off?

The businessman selling a service has to offer the same professional service to any paying customer with the sole exceptions of:

a) If there is legitimate concern they won't get paid,

b) There is a reason not to trust the business relationship,

c) There are health and safety issues (no shoes, no shirt = no service)

d) There is concern it is aiding a competitor or giving away trade secrets,

e) They're out of range (such as when a pizza shop won't deliver to the next town over)

f) It's a special request beyond what they're able to deliver (if they want the cake to be shaped like something which deviates from their established skills and product).

Quite seriously, as long as it's a paying customer who is going to make good on their own end of the business arrangement then the business cannot arbitarily refuse to sell to them on a basis of prejudice.

Isn't it nice how you have all your excuses spelled right out there until it comes to those with heart felt religious values that would never want to support some feminist pro abortion group that supports killing unborn babies for any reason up to birth.

Then all of a sudden, you say FORCE THEM TO SUPPORT THE NEW AGE HOLOCAUST!

Get some humanity. You sound like a complete hypocritical fool.

Here's your priorities..... support those groups that support hideous things, but don't you dare put nativity scene on public land because someone might be offended.

You are not at all concerned about Christians being offended when having to support perversions and abortions on demand.

You responded to a debate about cake but dragging the same old tired anti-abortion and unlimited abortion nonsense into it. Seem to me it isn't my excuses which are spelled out, it's your single argument you use for anything and everything like it's a magic bullet. None of us are swayed by it.

No catering business should be forced to cater anything that goes against their religious beliefs, political beliefs, etc. etc.

It's called freedom to choose.

There are plenty of catering places to choose from. Many would cater Hitler's holocaust Party if it meant making a dime.

The difference with people going into a restaurant, is that the person is not lifting up some hate group, or some agenda that might be at odds with the owners beliefs. He's simply eating there causing no controversy, and should always be allowed.

A white supremace person, Gay person, Muslim person, etc. is not making a statement of what he stands for when eating at a public restaurant.

When businesses cater events, they know what the event is supporting, and if at odds with the catering service owner, he can say no, unless of course the PC Leftwing control fanatics get their way.

"It's called freedom to choose."

It's called HATRED, it's called ABUSE of freedom, it's called intolerance and a number of other nasty terms! It's what happens when right wing control fanatics spread their disease, desecrate their own religion!

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all eat together without controversy? Then we wouldn't even need PC!

So if the Jew doesn't bake the buyer a Nazi cake that is hatred? Interesting. Tell us more.

You are so senile, you can't even grasp your own hatred towards any Conservative who does not think like you!

You hate viable late term bbies every time you vote for the Democrat Party.

Spare us all your pious hypocrisy when it comes to hatred for those who are different... such as viable Down Syndrome babies that the Left supports erradicating from their nations, for merely being diverse and different.
