A large part of government is geared towards taking from the haves and giving it to the have not. The problem here is that neither the government agency nor the have not are creating any wealth. We can improve the economy by getting rid of those two. What the super rich bring to the table is organization of a vision. A vision can be a new technology/product. But most products use very many different technologies which need to be integrated. Finally, the whole thing needs to be manufactured in large quantities and distributed. The middle class brings the expertise in each step. Where the middle class focuses on their little piece, the super rich see the big picture. ;)
