Impossible! I know for a fact the bible I have on my bookshelf, second down, third book from the right, gold'ish in color, slightly bent spine, dog eared pages, highlights texts.....doesn't exist!!

I'm not entirely sure I understand the premise of this debate. Who is it denying the existence of the bible? There is almost certainly people who are unaware the bible exists but that isn't denial, it's ignorance.

It's a big world. Inevitably there are corners of it where people still either don't know the Bible exists and/or have no more exposure to it than a kid in Nebraska gets exposed to the Koran. And basically this debate heading says you can't respect someone from those places where the Bible has not penetrated and saturated. That's a naive and arrogant position to take.
