For me, no.

Besides, put aside the ridiculous deterministic view, there is no 'way'. Enough with the anthropocentric argument.

The truth? In what sense?

The life? No, there are many better ways to live frankly.

Definitely. This needs to happen.

But.

We must not venture out into space before we fix our own mistakes, and by mistakes I'm speaking of the ridiculous thinking we use today. We must fix our mistakes as a species, for example the divisive concept of nations, corrupt governments, large corporations, etc. All those who work for the interest of one over all. As we venture out into space we need to make sure that all these mentalities are destroyed right here and now, before we pollute the entire Universe and cause more death and destruction. We need to abandon this type of society, this type of thought, we need to become rational, independent and logical beings. We need to be selfless in our pursuit of the collective good, only then will our race survive, and thrive in space, not impeded by ridiculous ideologies and pitiful selfish desires.

And with that, comes the pursuit of knowledge. Read up on Eckhart Tolle.

Alan Watts states that the fear of nothingness-after-death that permeates our thought, is unnecessary, as if there was nothing, it is not an experience, and thusly it cannot be fear-inducing if it cannot be experienced.

From a personal perspective, I find nothing to be greatly incomprehensible, but well-established human sciences state otherwise. Nothing is dealt with quite often in many scientific fields, and as such, I'm better off doing some casual thing rather than contemplating on a resolved and irrelevant matter.
