I was absolutely devastated yesterday when I discovered that their value had increased ninefold. I wanted to buy a bunch a few months ago (ah, but to walk along that medieval passage), but became shortsighted.

Indeed, yes, I would love to use bitcoins, provided their terms remain the same; that is, I like the anonymity, and would be loath to see it changed.

The adventures of my life thus far ought to have irreconcilably tainted me, yet still I maintain that unlikely belief that all shall turn out in my favor.

I ought to have learned not to trust the hustlers in that area the first time, but less than a week after being taken by a con - and oh god what a con it was! I didn't expect to spend 15 hours chatting with the guy just to be taken for thirty bucks - I am taken, yet again, by another. Still, though, if I were given another opportunity, my desire and my optimism would blind me, and I'd probably be conned again.
