I don't like the term 'sex change' operation.

I think that we should call it gender based anatomy reassignment and gender based chemical alterations.

This way it is less confusing. Sex change implies that a man becomes a woman. While he may look like a woman, and act like a woman he isn't a woman. For that you would have to do the impossible 'Gender based Genetics Alteration'. As long as that y chromosome is there, you can't call him a her.

Though, a lesbian who undergoes a Gender Based Anatomy Reassignment is still a lesbian because she likes women.

I agree, it is her body. BUT, why does the woman have the right to kill the man's child but not the other way around?

Why does the fetus have no rights? At what point does it deserve rights? If it doesn't deserve the right to live then why should I pay for medicaid for ultrasounds or prenatal checkups. If it lives great, if not... it was never a human anyway?

Bodily Integrity should apply to ALL parties involved. Not just the woman. A father has rights too, only we choose to ignore them until we want something from him.

Why can't the man choose to abort? It is her body, but it is his baby. If she chooses an abortion, he has no say in the matter of her killing his CHILD. Why can't he then ask for the same thing?

I never thought about it this way but it does seem fair.

I am against abortion but if the mother (not technically because liberals think it isn't a baby so....)/ chick decides to remove (kill) the clump of cells (baby) the father can't sue her for damages.

I think fathers who are want out should either be able to force abortion or be released of all paternal (not a father because it isn't baby) duties.

What do you mean 'add'? Abortion exists and has been legal for years.

I agree that rape and incest aren't a choice. However the child didn't choose to be made either. If you were to kill every person who wasn't planned for and wanted at the time of conception, I would be dead.

If the body burns a max of 400 calories a day, and you consider that to be 1/3 of your total energy that means you only eat 1200 calories a day.

Are you all a bunch of twelve year olds? No adult can live a normal active life on that many calories. Unless you are a quadraplegic.

I agree completely because the child belongs to the father just as much as the mother. Since no person can 'own' a child, possession isn't 9/10 of the law.

If the possession rule did count, any child outside of the womb could be taken and kept by the father then keeping the mother from the child.

The mother holding the child in-utero doesn't give her the right to kill it any more than me killing a house-guest because they are inconvenient.

Also, to 'believeyoume'; you are seriously so selfish that you would kill a child just to keep it from someone else on the chance they may run into you in the future? I am adopted and THANK GOD you weren't my mother. I hope that doesn't 'freak you out'.
