i don't think you can judge based on these pictures. i think that the one who posted them is biased, they picked a really cool looking American uniform with pretty people modeling them, but they picked ugly Japanese uniforms. you need to post pictures of equal status, then it would be fair. wtf the American uniform isn't even a American uniform! i live in the USA and we don't even wear those skirts most of the time! the modern uniform in american is much more simple and much less slutty.
