Well in my bathroom when my other brothers shower separately I am sure they use the same bar of soap there is no point of having more than one bar of soap. But my brothers and I don't share toothbrushes we have our separate toothbrushes.

shower gel or body wash dont use soap in the shower just at the sink

no, man should not share the same bar of soap, because, soap is personal hygiene things. each man should observe personal hygiene. as you know soap consists water and bacteria lives in water. if soap is wet, bacterias will not die. soap can transmit various type of disease. if man share his own soap with others man can get infected by it.
