Yes I agree with you but you can't catch all rapists and a lot of times rapists are people you wouldn't expect them to be, so because of others you don't really have a choice but to restrict yourself to the things you want to do. For example, I think everybody would love to not have to worry about making sure all their doors and windows are locked every night but they don't have a choice because certain people are thiefs and kidnappers. You say that babies look male and female look alike but has that stopped rapists before like I said you don't know the mind of a rapist. Your right babies would look ridiculous with burkas.

That's not really the point all I'm saying is we don't know how the mind of a rapist works so the suggestion is just to keep cautious and cover up more

Your right but put it this way in America young females and grown women practically dress the same mini skirts, strapless tops, etc and that type of clothing can attract unwanted attention. The more you cover up the safer so that's how this Saudi cleric guy sees it and no burka to him is equivalent to no bra to us
