Can Christians do yoga?

I say yes as long as the practices or meditations do not go against God.

Of course they can. Although most Yogis are Hindu the actual poses and even the meditation that comes with it is in no contradiction with the bible. Yoga is a good way to slow down the ageing process and there is nothing sinister about it. If any one tells you you can't do it and be Christian ignore them as they are just some holier than thou pricks.

Of course they can (I would know I am God_ after all) it does not go against the bible.

Side: Yes.

Yes since Christianity does not denounce such acts as inappropriate. As long as he does not do harm to others then it can be done.

No, because they aren't flexible. Hehe. Get it? It's a homonym. You need to be flexible in order to get into poses and flexible means you are open to other ideas. No, not good? Ok, I will see myself out.

Side: No.

YOU WILL RESPECT MY AUTHORITAH! Just kidding. I had to raz ya. ;)

I don't know it seems a little ritualistic to me. A better question though, if God is protecting you and yada yada, why do yoga? You're already made perfect by the lord.

Obviously, prayer would not be enough to get what one wants. One must strive for it himself. Praying and believing is only a part of being Christian. Like everyone striving to achieve something, action must be taken what ever your belief may be.
