I decided to make the globe transparent but Cartman came up with the idea to rotate it (even though I was the one who had to actually make that happen ;).

The style that the dragon is in reminds me of an obscure custom shell for windows xp that i used to use- it was called 'ScytheXP' I believe and was essentially an expanding upon the old 'Scythe' skin for winamp.
