Here is the basis of his ill advised rant. Saying that one drink establishes guilt is misleading. That means that all drunk sex is sexual assault because having one drink is enough for guilt. He then started forming conclusions based in that to make statements that were inaccurate. He made statements that pertain to only 3% of cases. He made those 3% of cases sound like they were a larger representation than they are.

You seem to have an issue with believing that people justifying a crime should be held responsible for that crime. If were to all think that way, lawyers wouldn't take a case trying to acquit an alleged murderer because if they lose the case they would also face the penalty for trying to get the murderer off.
