Students to use bathrooms designated for the opposite sex if their gender identity allowed
The California State legislature is considering a bill that would allow public school children to use bathrooms based on gender identity not on their biological gender.
The legislation aims to deal with students who are born male or female but”identify” with the opposite gender of their birth.
Here’s the language of the bill:
A pupil shall be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs, and activities, and facilities, including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.
It's about time.

So..., a small minority of the population identifies with a different gender than what their birth certificate says. This makes them feel awkward. The solution to the problem is to make the majority of the population feel awkward ;) Have you ever heard of the tail wagging the dog ;) OK, boys and girls, here's how it works..., any minority has more rights than the majority. It's all in the name of "fairness." It gives them a sense of entitlement. I want to find and join one of these "protected" groups ;) Side: Wait..., what? No!!!
