It definitely has to be China as the disputed territory falls within the geographical boundaries of Tibet, which is within Chinese political jurisdiction.

The only reason why China initiated war with India is because they had to punish the Indians for invading their land

So, what is your point? India was the victim in this case and that it was unjustly bullied by China?

"China was right" No. Noticed my word choice for the word 'punished'. This is because the Chinese wanted to defend their territory. It was actually china trying to acknowledge he forward policy.

Also, China saw aggressive behaviour from India and decided to retaliate

It is debatable as Indians were just trying to defend themselves by building outposts as the tibetans invaded them. The China were just being a bully.

India was in the right as China launched an attack in India territory in Ladakh, past the McMahon Line that was established by the British as the border between China and India.

India is right. India had claimed Aksai Chin even before China had control of Tibet, Aksai Chin was never part of the border of China when India had laid claims on it thus Aksai Chin should belong to India.

What do you mean in saying that 'India had claimed Aksai Chin even before China had control of Tibet'?

The Aksai Chin area was part of Tibet's territory, isn't it?

1 point

India has the right of claim over the disputed territory of Aksai Chin, because during the 1940s when the two states of India and Pakistan, Indian Prime Minister Jawarhalal Nehru made claims to Aksai Chin, and Chinese Premier Zhou and Chinese officials made no objection to India's open claims of control over Aksai Chin, and in 1956 Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai stated that he had no claims over India-controlled territory

No objection doesn't mean endorsement. What the Chinese leader meant was that he had no claims over India-controlled territory, but Aksai Chin wasn't even an Indian territory at the beginning! So... what are you trying to say?

1 point

The british did not give clear separation of the border between india and china. Hence, it caused a dispute.

Chinese people cannot give you a bargain and indian people cannot live without a bargain. Hence a war.

Hey hello Golden Eagle, which side of the fence are you on?

China was not in the wrong as the Johnson line and the Macartney-Macdonald line was not detailed and specific enough. Further more, as Aksai Chin was near the Tibet Autonomous Region, it was natural for China to extend sovereignty over the region of Aksai Chin.
