Correct. US citizens can't own property (or earn over 100k a year) in another country without being taxed on it.

No. Only USAians in other countries. It is unique to US citizens as far as I am aware. Kind of made yourself look like a fool by assuming that other countries do this too.

Not in the USA. USA nationals that live in other countries must pay certain US taxes. Property tax comes to mind.-

Well actually me pointing out how loathsome US law is against the idea of a one world government. The US would be the key player in such a government.

You should look it up. I know expats here that have suffered this. If you own property and you renounce us nationality you have to pay tax proportionate to the value of that property.
