A modest proposal on how to end terrorist attacks on the Western World.

This idea is brilliant.  I don't know why no one has thought about it before.  

The Jihadists are promised 70 virgins if they die attacking the Western World.  I say we up the ante to a 150 virgins if they do not attack the Western World.  That's more than double what they are being offered by the radicals.

the actual word is virginians ... as in: "wow !! Jeb ... he sure got him a purdie mouth ?"
