False. The root of the problem is that you are handing people likely "to lash out in (a) hyper-violent manner", weapons of mass destruction. I don't know how much clearer, NumberOne could possibly have been in his explanation. He pointed out that you are completely circumventing guns as a potential root cause of the gun problem, and you are continuously proving him right with every stupid word which comes out of your stupid mouth/fingers.
