Most [recreational] drugs (marijuana, being the major one) targeted by the war on drugs and the Federal government aren't actually harmful, at all.

And even if they happen to be (again, they are not), it still is not the Federal government's decision to invade the liberty of individual rights, for humans to choose what they wish to consume, that is, as long as such a decision does not harm others, which, it generally does not.
