I have found that if you educate them about religious truth some will just get mad and never wish to discuss religion with you again but others will listen. Once they realize that there are many aspects of their religious beliefs that you can prove are wrong they tone it down a lot. I have had religious zealots that have completely lost faith once they learned the truth. If they are Christians it is easy just challenge them to read the entire Bible. I have yet to meet a Christian that has read the book they have been living by..
I read the Bible at least once a year now for the past three years, cover to cover. I also do many devotional and study readings of selected passages and topics in between the cover to cover readings. I know people who have read it cover to cover fifty times.

The Tablets in the Ark of the Covenant had written on them the Commandments of God, better known as the Ten Commandments. The Ark also contained a sample of manna and Aaron's rod which budded.

You claim that God gives people free will. I would like to dispute that statement. The kind of free will that God give is like that of a robber with a gun who says hand over your wallet or I'll kill you. You could of your own free will give him your wallet but we both know that you didn't do it willingly. It was under threat of horrible consequence. Just as God does. If you are threatening someone to obey your command it is not free will.
As love goes I wish to share an idea with you my friend. If my child does something that I don't approve of, out of love I correct them and continue to love them. I don't have to forgive them, I expect them to make mistakes because they don't have an eternal knowledge. I support them the best that I can through all of their troubles in life. I would not want them to suffer eternally for disobeying me. I would not want them to die for disobeying me. I find that to be a loving perspective. The love that the God of the Bible portrays is not love at all. People are threatened with death for any disobedience as minor as doing work on a specific day of the week, or not being a virgin on your wedding night, or practicing witchcraft. Yet there is no consequence for owning and beating the humans that you own. I guess we have a different view of love my friend.
You are choosing not to believe that God loves you so much that He gave His Son, God Himself came down from Heaven as the Son sent by the Father to pay for your sins with His own blood so that God could consider your death paid for and you can be freed from death, freed from the penalty of your sins which is Hell, and have eternal life. You are choosing NOT to believe this, Bob, and that is because you are free to believe whatever you want to believe if it's true or not. Since you don't care the He did this for you, why should He care if you take your own death unforgiven forever? He died for you, but you prefer dying for yourself so God is giving you what you want, Bob. God is giving you your freedom to speak against Him forever, but He's not going to listen to it forever...your words won't rise form the lake of fire, only the smoke of your torments will rise....and you can forever curse God and say He is not there, and Hell is not forever or real....only in those moments when you will be forced against your will to bow at the sound of the name of Jesus and your tongue will say He is Lord. God created you, and He has the right to have you give Him this respect...and He will have it if you like it or not. You won't understand why you can't stop yourself from bowing and saying He is Lord, and you will can at all other times exercise your free will to curse Him who created you and left you as a sinner in Hell separated from Him forever. God showed His love for you by dying for you while you were defiant against Him, His enemy. No man has greater love than this, Bob. The love of God is in that He gave His Son as the payment for your sins, and in His resurrection He offers you forgiveness of your sins if you will believe on Him. Hi friend, how have you been? Since you seem to have a strong opinion about the reality of a good God. Maybe you can answer some questions that are part of my disbelief.
If God created mankind to be pleasing and God has the ability to create anything, anyway that God desires (as the official story goes) Why then in Genesis 6:6 does God State "And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. I would love some explanation of how a perfect good God creates something so disappointing.
Next your claim is that God is good Then why would a good God destroy all mankind but 8 along with all of the innocent animals? What evil did all of the babies and small children that lived at the time of the flood do? If God is good then why do childhood diseases make innocent children suffer til death? Why do children starve to death even if they are not evil. Why would a Kind loving God do this

If God is so good and kind and powerful them why would this God need people to follow Jesus in order to forgive them? Why would a kind loving God capable of having peace on earth with loving followers go thousands of years in disappointment.
Your claim is that Jesus is God and came to earth to save mankind by dying in our place. Now I would love a little clarification if you wouldn't mind. If God is eternal God can't die for mankind. As the story is told God punishes evil with death and rewards obedience. So why would mankind receive a reward for the "murder of God"?? You claim that it is our sin that put God/Jesus on the cross. How does the punishment of God/Jesus equate to forgiveness for our sins??? I God desires obedience and will have that in heaven as you claim then why not just have that now if God is capable?? If there was perfect obedience in heaven then Why did Satan and a number of angels disobey God in heaven? If you really study the "Word of God" it becomes too contradictory to be accurate. If you put the Good God theory to the test it always fails. The natural world order is what exists. Disease, Starvation, Greed, empathetic people and psychotic people good things befall bad people as well as bad things happen to good people. It is clear that non of the monotheistic Gods do anything productive to further their written desire for mankind or the world we live in. If this God you believe in is not impotent then why does this God not change the world to be pleasing to God???? If there were a God that wanted me to be obedient it would require very little effort on that God's part. Just personally come to me and let me know what was requested and I would conform. Instead globally there are literally thousands of different religious claims to be the one true group of followers of the creator of everything. If this is a repeat I apologize I wrote a reply last night but I don't see it and I surely did not want you to think that I was ignoring you. It was in reference to Biblical knowledge. I am familiar with Rev 21:8 but it clearly discusses the second death. The key word here is death. It is clear if you read revelations the righteous will be resurrected but the unrighteous like myself will be resurrected judged and killed if not in the book of life. The only things that can suffer eternally are things which are immortal like Satan. I guess I could see where you may have come to your incorrect conclusion.
Now for "The Ark of the Covenant" What if I were to say that you are correct about the physical content but I will bet my reputation, that I have indeed studied the Bible and understand it better than you, that you can NOT correctly give me the "Ten Commandments" on the tablets inside. To date I have not met a single Christian that has truly read the entire Bible and knows the info in it. I have asked people simple questions from the Bible and they all fail. I have had two pastor tell me that they had never read the entire Bible. They said they only read the important parts, LOL. How would they know?
I have yet to meet a Christian that has read the Bible from beginning to end. The general protocol to keep Christians in the dark is to cover about 35% of the Bible. I have challenged pastors to Biblical knowledge debates and they lose. I have had two admit that they never read the whole Bible, "just the important parts" is what they told me. I would bet that I could ask you Bible questions that you think you know but would get wrong, because you never read the whole thing.

OR..now for the big kahuna, it is VERY likely that Jesus never existed, as ANY writings or mention of him from Secular sources is extremely limited. And since Yeshua was a common name (means "God is with us") even those scant accounts could be talking about another person, and not the JC we know from the bible.
They claim to read the Bible but they only read a small part of the Bible about 35% the other 65% they don't feel is important. I have yet to meet a Christian that can come close to my Biblical knowledge. It is that fact that I know what it says that made me loose my faith. I was once an uninformed Christian who thought I knew the Bible until I read it.
I am currently more than halfway through my third cover to cover reading of the Bible and intend to continue reading cover to cover at least once a year as long as I live, God permitting. You don't have to read the whole Bible to know the Author, but it is recommended reading.

If you don't know the Author of the Bible, and His name is the Living God, Jesus Christ, you don't know anything about the Bible. God gave His Word so you can know Him personally. Nothing I show you from the Bible is going to convince you that an atheist who dies as an atheist will be in Hell forever except maybe for the time of the final Judgement when they will appear at the Great White Throne of Judgement for final sentencing and be cast into the Lake of Fire. As for now I would say that atheism came not from nothing but from looking at all of the information about God/Jesus and putting that into a world view to see if it was even plausible. As it turns out you have to disregard reason for religion to work. I can not disregard reason. I searched for any sign that religion could be true but there was nothing. Both of those diseases are regional and not hindered by contraceptives. Anybody can be a carrier and pass those disease to others while never showing symptoms themselves. Pretty much anybody who has been the least bit promiscuous (if they word is too big, it means cheap dirty sex with other than your spouse) is a carrier is not a displayer of symptoms.

When you are born of the Spirit of God, when Jesus Christ comes in to you and gives you a new heart, makes you a new creation, then you begin to know something about the Word of God. Until then, which I understand for you may be NEVER, you know nothing that amounts to more than dying....that's the summation of your "intelligence" and attitude...nothing but dying, and there is no place in heaven for it....Hell is the only place for sin to be confined forever where it won't pollute God's creation any more.
Following the teachings of the Bible won't get anybody to heaven, it won't earn them a "Don't burn in Hell" pass card. The devil knows and follows the teachings of the Bible, doing what the Bible teaches that he does. The devil knows his end, and knows his time is short and is keeping you in the dark while you willingly pursue your own destruction thinking death is your friend and you won't be dying in Hell forever like you are dying now as long as time permits. You need to wake up Bob, before it's too late and you wake up in Hell.
By the things you have said about your perversions, it is highly unlikely that you are not a carrier of HPV and herpes. Those are both STD's, and Hep C as well as GRID can remain dormant for 20 years with no indication or symptoms of any kind. You are a dirty pervert, and even if you by the skin of your dirty teeth have managed to avoid picking up an STD, by your words and actions you encourage others to do the things placing themselves at high risk. You deserve to have AIDS if you do or ever do get it, you deserve any stinking disease because of your wickedness, and you think you will escape God's judgement and not be cast down away from knowing His love in Hell for ever?

You can't hide your personal life from God, you can't keep secrets from Him, you aren't getting away with anything, you are going to pay in Hell if you won't believe God Himself paid for your sins with His own blood, and will forgive you if you believe He is risen from the dead with power to forgive His enemies and pardon them, set them free from death.
